TICKET PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1 WARNING: ICE SKATING CAN BE DANGEROUS. DESPITE THE ORGANISERS TAKING ALL REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS, UNAVOIDABLE ACCIDENTS CAN HAPPEN AND YOU ARE PRESENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
2 By presenting your ticket for entry to the Event you acknowledge that you may be exposed to possible risk of physical harm due to the nature of the Event. The Organisers of the Event shall have no liability whatsoever to you for any loss, damage or injury to person or property save that the Organisers do not seek to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence.
3 Entry to this event is subject to the Wembley Stadium Ground Regulations available at wembleystadium.com and the skater code of conduct and skater regulations displayed at the Stadium (‘Rules’). By purchasing a ticket you agree to comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements, the Rules and (without limitation) the Ground Regulations whilst in the Stadium. Certain items may not be brought into the Stadium; the prohibited items list is available at wembleystadium.com. The Organisers have the right to search all persons and personal property at any time and may refuse admission to, or eject from, the Stadium any person who refuses to be searched or who possesses prohibited items. Prohibited items may be confiscated.
4 You may be refused admission or ejected for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance, annoyance, hazard or for failure to comply with these conditions, the Stadium Ground Regulations, the Rules or the reasonable requests of the our staff.
5 You shall not bring into the Stadium any sponsorship, promotional or marketing material save in respect of official merchandise and/or other related clothing worn in good faith nor may you offer (either free or for sale by any person) any goods (including literature) of any nature without the Organisers’ prior written consent.
6 Tickets cannot be used for commercial, advertising or promotional purposes (e.g. hospitality packages, lotteries, competitions) without the Promoter’s prior written consent. Any Ticket offered for sale, re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become void and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the Stadium without refund.
7 No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the Stadium. Smoking in any part of the Stadium is prohibited by law.
8 Mobile phones and small cameras are permitted within the Stadium provided they are used for personal and private use only. Unauthorised photography or use of recording equipment is prohibited. As a condition of admission to the Stadium, you assign (by way of present assignment of future copyright) the copyright in any photographs or recordings that you make at the Stadium in breach of this prohibition to the Organisers.
9 You give your express and irrevocable consent to the use of your voice and actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of the event, and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
10 CCTV is in operation at the Stadium.
11 If a ticket is used in breach of these conditions, it is void (and in such case, we reserve the right to cancel this Ticket and retain any monies paid therefore) and the holder may be refused admission to or ejected from the Stadium.
12 WEMBLEY STADIUM IS A PUBLIC TRANSPORT DESTINATION AND YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO TRAVEL TO THE EVENT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT. ONLY PRE-ACCREDITED VEHICLES WILL BE GIVEN ACCESS TO THE AREA ON EVENT DAYS.
